McNally Bharat Engineering Company Limited has made a regulatory disclosure pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Clause 16 of Para A, Part A of Schedule III and other applicable regulations of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The disclosure concerns an order dated 10th June 2026 from the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) in case IA (IBC) No. 294/KB/2026 in CP (IB) No. 891/KB/2020.
