Petitioner: Md. Sanaur Rahman, 34‑year‑old son of Md. Atauddin Ansari, resident of Sarkardih, Govindpur, Dhanbad.
Opposite Party: State of Jharkhand.
Criminal proceedings: Ramgarh P.S. Case No.36 of 2022, offences under Sections 406 and 420 IPC.
Allegations: While serving as Manager of Labbaik Tour and Travels Company, he allegedly received Rs 50,000 from the proprietor for arranging an Umrah/Hajj travel to Saudi Arabia in 2019, but the ticket was not provided to the informant.
FIR lodged in 2022 concerning the 2019 incident; the proprietor of the travel company has been acquitted; petitioner has no prior criminal antecedent.

The Court exercised its power under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 and granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
The petitioner must surrender before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ramgarh, within three weeks from the order date.
Upon surrender or arrest, bail shall be released on posting a bail bond of Rs 25,000 together with two sureties of equal amount, to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate.
The order is subject to the conditions stipulated under the aforementioned statutory provision.
