In response, the Company stated that the delay in filing was due to a technical glitch and was unintentional. The announcement was filed as soon as the technical issue was resolved on 16 October 2026 at 01:34 PM.
Regarding the missing particulars, the Company committed to submitting a fresh corporate announcement through the BSE Listing Centre that will cross-reference the earlier announcement and incorporate all applicable particulars required under the SEBI Circular dated 30 January 2026 and Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015.
The Company assured the Exchange that appropriate care will be taken to ensure future compliance with applicable disclosure requirements and prescribed timelines.
