  • The Board of Directors, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, approved the appointment of M/s. Nisarg Sharma & Associates as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company.
  • This appointment fills the casual vacancy caused by the resignation of the previous secretarial auditor, M/s. SJV & Associates.
  • The appointment is effective from August 13, 2026.
  • The term of appointment is to conduct the Secretarial Audit for the Financial Year 2025-26 and to hold office until the conclusion of the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
