NCLT Ahmedabad allowed a 90-day extension to MIKU Polymers & Plastics Ltd's liquidation process.
The tribunal also condoned a 5-day delay in filing the extension application.
The order was passed in an interlocutory application (IA/748(AHM)2026) within insolvency proceedings.
The extension is effective from April 24, 2026, as per the tribunal's directions.
