Scrutinizer's Role and Findings
Arun Dash, proprietor of M/s. Arun Dash & Associates, Company Secretaries, was appointed as Scrutinizer pursuant to Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014. His responsibility was limited to scrutinizing the e-voting process and preparing a consolidated report based on reports generated from Bigshare's e-voting system.
The remote e-voting results were unblocked on July 28, 2026, after the AGM conclusion, witnessed by two independent witnesses: Ms. Devika Kharde and Mr. Akshat Somani, who confirmed the process.
