Modern Threads (India) Limited has filed its annual disclosure under SEBI Takeover Regulations, declaring no share encumbrances by promoters for FY 2025-26.
The disclosure was submitted to BSE and NSE, confirming no encumbrance on shares by promoters during the financial year 2025-26.
Under Regulation 31(4) of SEBI Takeover Regulations, the disclosure is signed by Company Secretary Anil Kumar Jain and promoter Rajesh Ranka.
