Modi Naturals Statutory Auditor Resignation and Replacement

Modi Naturals' statutory auditor Doogar & Associates resigned effective May 13, 2026, citing new assignments limiting their capacity.
The board appointed B. Chhawchharia & Co. as new auditors, effective immediately, subject to shareholder approval.
Doogar & Associates completed the audit for FY2025-26 and will file ADT-3 with the Registrar of Companies.
The new auditor appointment aims for better alignment as they already audit material subsidiary Modi Biotech.
