This document is a formal response from Mopshop Distribution Limited to the Surveillance Department of BSE Limited, Mumbai, regarding a clarification sought on the movement in the price of the company's securities.

The company addresses a communication from BSE dated 10 September 2026. The primary reason for the delayed submission of this clarification was an issue with the company's post-listing access credentials on the BSE Listing Centre, which prevented a timely response.

To resolve the access issue, the company approached BSE on 18 September 2026. Following BSE's advice, the company provided the details of its designated officer to enable and update the necessary post-listing credentials.

Regarding the specific query on price movement, the company states it has no role in determining or controlling the market price of its securities. It clarifies that the price subsequent to listing is solely determined by trading activity and the prevailing demand and supply dynamics in the market.

The company confirms that, based on the information presently available to it, there is no undisclosed material information, event, or development that would require a disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 in connection with the observed price movement.

Finally, the company reiterates its continued compliance with all disclosure obligations under the applicable provisions of the SEBI LODR Regulations and commits to making requisite disclosures to the Stock Exchange as and when required.

The letter is signed by Prakash Hakim Singh, Whole-time Director (DIN: 06644151), from Vasai, expressing regret for the delay in submission.
