Motherson Technology Services USA Limited (MSID USA), an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Samvardhana Motherson International Limited, has received a "Notice of Penalty Rescission" from the New York State Workers' Compensation Board, Bureau of Compliance, USA (NYS WCB).
The notice revokes and makes ineffective the previous penalty of USD 19,500 that was issued by NYS WCB. This rescission follows the submission of an appeal by MSID USA with NYS WCB.
