The disclosure is made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
NSE Sustainability Ratings and Analytics Limited, a SEBI-registered ESG Rating Provider, has assigned an overall ESG rating of '75' to the Company.
The Company clarified that it has not engaged NSE Sustainability for this ESG rating. The rating was independently assigned by NSE Sustainability solely using publicly available information.
The letter was signed by Mayank Verma, Senior Vice President and Company Secretary (Membership No.: ACS 18776) on behalf of Mphasis Limited.
