Supreme Court heard contempt petition filed by MS Pratap Enterprises Group Pvt Ltd against Revenue Department Secretary on 30‑Apr‑2026.
The bench comprised Justices Pamidighantam, Narasimha and Alok Aradhe, and ordered the case be listed before a bench excluding Justice Aradhe.
Petitioners were granted liberty to approach the Chief Justice for early listing of the matter.
