Maharashtra State Road Development Corp filed a Special Leave Petition against Rural Infrastructure Development Pvt Ltd in the Supreme Court.
The Court heard the matter on 18 May 2026 before Chief Justice Joymalya Bagchi and a bench of judges.
The Supreme Court directed the arbitral tribunal to continue arbitration and issue an award pending the final outcome.
A final hearing on the petition has been scheduled for 4 August 2026.
