Supreme Court ordered Mummy Daddy Developers (P) Ltd to release deposited amount to consumer Ms. K.S. Geeta Devi by 11 May 2026.
The developer must also pay Rs.2,50,000 as compensation and Rs.10,000 costs, to be deposited and transmitted to the consumer.
The order was issued on 12 May 2026, with listing scheduled for 15 May 2026, signed by Sachin Kumar Srivastava.
