NARCL Files 9th Status Report for Wind World Guarantor

NARCL's Resolution Professional filed a 9th Status Report for the Personal Insolvency Resolution Process of Ajay Jogindernath Mehra.
The report was submitted in compliance with a previous NCLT order dated 28th July 2025 in IA 190 of 2024.
The Special Bench of the NCLT in Ahmedabad accepted the report and disposed of the application IA/768(AHM)2026.
The matter pertains to proceedings under Section 95 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code against a personal guarantor.
