NARCL's Haridwar Highway IRP Confirmed as RP

NCLT disposes application to confirm Interim Resolution Professional as Resolution Professional for Haridwar Highway Project Limited.
Committee of Creditors unanimously approved the IRP's continuation with 100% voting share in its 06.04.2026 meeting.
The IRP was initially appointed by the NCLT on 04.11.2025 under Section 7 of the IBC 2016.
