National Fertilizers Limited notifies exchanges of compliance with SEBI circular HO/38/13/11(2)2026-MIRSD-POD/I/3750/2026 dated January 30, 2026.
The company announces a special one-year window from February 05, 2026 to February 04, 2027 for transfer and dematerialisation of physical securities sold/purchased prior to April 01, 2019.
All transferred securities will be under a one-year lock-in from registration date, prohibiting further transfer, lien-marking, or pledging during this period.
Shareholders must submit requests to MAS Services Limited, the company's Registrar and Share Transfer Agent in New Delhi.
