NCLAT Principal Bench adjourns three connected insolvency appeals filed by AAA Insolvency Professionals LLP.
Appeals are against separate Committees of Creditors represented by HDFC Bank and JC Flowers.
New hearing date is scheduled for 21st April 2026.
Order was passed in hybrid mode on 25th March 2026 due to time constraints.
