NCLAT adjourned Company Appeal No. 323 of 2025 to August 11, 2026, granting time for filing replies.
Appellants Ahmed A Fazelboy Pvt Ltd were granted three weeks to file a reply to IA No. 2259 of 2026.
Respondent No. 4 was also permitted three weeks to file its reply, with a rejoinder allowed in two weeks.
The interim order in the matter between the two private companies was directed to continue until the next hearing.
