NCLAT Adjourns Amtek Auto Insolvency Appeals to July

NCLAT adjourns two interconnected insolvency appeals filed by SBI and an Asset Monitoring Committee against Amtek Auto Ltd (now Revent Precision Engineering Ltd) and Revent Metalcast Ltd.
The matters were listed for hearing on April 28, 2026, and have been adjourned to July 17, 2026, as requested by the appellants.
