NCLAT adjourned two appeals filed by Arcelormittal India against SREI Infrastructure Finance to May 2026.
The previously scheduled hearing date of April 16, 2026, was cancelled by the tribunal.
Both appeals were heard together by a bench chaired by Justice Ashok Bhushan.
