NCLAT grants B & G Power two weeks to file a rejoinder affidavit in its insolvency appeal against Mona Portfolio Ltd.
Respondent No. 2 and the SRA are also granted two weeks each to file their reply and an affidavit, respectively.
The appeal has been adjourned and is now scheduled for hearing on July 20, 2026.
