NCLAT Adjourns Catalyst Trusteeship Swastik Homebuild Appeals

NCLAT adjourns two part-heard appeals filed by Catalyst Trusteeship Ltd against Swastik Homebuild Pvt Ltd's IRP to 12 May 2026.
