NCLAT adjourned four interconnected insolvency appeals filed by CFM Asset Reconstruction to July 7, 2026.
The appeals are against real estate companies Canterbury Real Tech, Elicit Realtech, and Abet Buildcon.
The interim order currently in place will continue until the next hearing.
