NCLAT Adjourns Cyfuture India and Bairathi Appeals

NCLAT Principal Bench adjourned two interconnected company appeals filed by Bhavana Bairathi and Cyfuture India to July 2026.
The appeals are Company Appeal (AT) No. 14 of 2024 and Company Appeal (AT) No. 245 of 2024.
The order was passed by a bench comprising Justice Yogesh Khanna and Technical Member Mr. Ajai Das Mehrotra.
