NCLAT adjourned two connected insolvency appeals filed by First Choice Properties and Sachana Exports against Gstaad Hotels due to time constraints.
The hearing was postponed as the bench was available only until 1:00 PM on April 28, 2026.
Both appeals have been listed for hearing on May 15, 2026, among the first five cases on the cause list.
