NCLAT Adjourns GST Appeal Against Unity Infraprojects Liquidator

NCLAT adjourned an appeal filed by the Asst. Commissioner of CT & GST against the liquidator of Unity Infraprojects Ltd.
The appeal, listed for hearing on 16.03.2026, was not taken up due to a paucity of time.
The matter has been rescheduled for the next hearing on 15.04.2026.
