NCLAT Principal Bench adjourns two interconnected insolvency appeals filed by Shri Gurudatt Sugars Marketing and Raigaon Sugar & Power.
The appeals were listed for hearing on August 19, 2026, but were adjourned due to time constraints.
Both matters are now scheduled to be heard next on September 29, 2026.
