NCLAT Adjourns Jay Formulation Insolvency Appeal to April 9

The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) adjourned an insolvency appeal to April 9, 2026, in the matter of Rakshit Ashwinbhai Patel & Ors. vs. Vinod Tarachand Agrawal, RP of Jay Formulation Ltd.
