NCLAT adjourned the insolvency appeal filed by Mittal Polymers against Suvarna Additives to May 19, 2026.
The order was issued due to a lack of time for hearing on the scheduled date of April 30, 2026.
The appeal is currently pending before the Principal Bench of the NCLAT in New Delhi.
