NCLAT Adjourns Multiple Canara Bank Insolvency Appeals

NCLAT Principal Bench lists seven interconnected insolvency appeals filed by individuals against Canara Bank for hearing on 19th May 2026.
The appeals, including Company Appeal (AT) (Insolvency) Nos. 886-888, 891, 892 & 842 of 2026, were heard in hybrid mode on 14th May 2026.
All appellants are represented by the same legal counsel team led by Advocate Mr. Chitranshul A. Sinha.
