NCLAT Principal Bench adjourns two appeals filed by PTC Engineering India Pvt. Ltd. against the liquidator of Nipman Fasteners Industries Pvt. Ltd.
The appeals (Comp. App. (AT) (Ins) No. 1522 & 1523 of 2026) were listed for hearing on 13.10.2026 but postponed due to time constraints.
The tribunal directed listing of both appeals on 03.11.2026 and ordered that any existing interim orders shall remain in operation until then.
The order maintains status quo through continued interim protection until the next hearing date in November 2026.
