NCLAT adjourns two connected insolvency appeals filed by Jatin Rajpal and Ashok Rajpal against State Bank of India to July 9, 2026.
The interim order currently in place for both cases is directed to continue until the next hearing date.
The appeals challenge proceedings initiated by State Bank of India under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code.
