NCLAT Principal Bench adjourns two connected insolvency appeals filed by Saivi Finance Pvt. Ltd. against AKJ Metals Pvt. Ltd.
The appeals, Comp. App. (AT) (Ins) No. 306 of 2025 and No. 484 of 2025, were listed for hearing on April 7, 2026.
Due to lack of time, the tribunal has rescheduled the hearing for both appeals to April 29, 2026.
The order was passed in hybrid mode by a bench comprising Justice Mohammad Faiz Alam Khan and Member Naresh Salecha.
