NCLAT Adjourns Sanya Hospitality Case to April 14

The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal has adjourned the appeal filed by Roop Madan, suspended director of Sanya Hospitality, to April 14, 2026.
The respondent's counsel submitted that an offer from the appellant is currently under consideration by the financial creditors in the insolvency case.
The interim order issued by the tribunal will continue to be in effect until the next hearing on April 14, 2026.
