The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) adjourned an insolvency appeal between TVS Supply Chains Solutions and ZTE Telecom India to 15 April 2026.
The order was passed on 24 March 2026 by a bench comprising Justice Ashok Bhushan and Barun Mitra.
The appeal was adjourned as jointly requested by the counsels for both parties.
