NCLAT Adjourns Twenty-One Sugars, Ampra Distilleries Appeals

NCLAT adjourned two insolvency appeals filed by Twenty-One Sugars Ltd and Ampra Distilleries Pvt Ltd to April 24, 2026.
The appeals are against the Resolution Professional and others of Lokshakti Sugar & Allied Industries Ltd.
The adjournment was granted based on a request made by the Learned Counsel for the Appellant.
The order was passed by a bench comprising Justice Mohammad Faiz Alam Khan and Arun Baroka.
