NCLAT Adjourns Valia Personal Guarantor Appeals to July 31

NCLAT adjourned four appeals filed by personal guarantors Pankaj Valia, Bhushan Valia, Ila Valia, and Daksha Valia until July 31, 2026.
The appeals are against State Bank of India and relate to guarantees provided for UIC Corporation and API Industries.
No appellants were present during the hearing; only respondents' advocates appeared before the tribunal.
