NCLAT admits three interconnected appeals related to the insolvency proceedings of Incab Industries Limited.
The Tribunal issues notice on an application for condonation of delay in refiling one of the appeals.
Respondents are granted two weeks to file a reply, with a rejoinder allowed within a further two weeks.
