Final Outcome

The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal allowed IA No. 469/2026, permitting the auction purchaser to be impleaded in the appeal. The tribunal directed all advocates to approach the registry to clear any defects in their pending applications. The matter has been listed for the next hearing on 11.09.2026.
