NCLAT Condones 1-Day Delay in Sasa Musa Sugar Appeal

NCLAT condoned a 1-day delay in re-filing an appeal memo related to the liquidation of Sasa Musa Sugar Works Pvt. Ltd.
The appeal was initially e-filed on 20th March 2026 and defects were intimated by the tribunal office on 30th March 2026.
The appellants, Mahumd Ali & Ors., re-filed the corrected appeal on 7th April 2026.
The tribunal found the reasons for the delay sufficient and listed the case for admission hearing.
