The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal condoned a 14-day delay in re-filing an Interlocutory Application by Amar Kumar Jhunjhunwala, citing sufficient reasons.
The delay occurred due to defects in the initial filing, which were rectified upon re-filing after office scrutiny on 19th March 2026.
The tribunal found sufficient cause to condone the delay and disposed of the application on 2nd April 2026.
