NCLAT condoned a two-day delay in filing an appeal by Brand Reality Services Ltd against rejection of its Section 7 IBC application.
The Tribunal allowed the condonation application (I.A. No. 1403/2023) and proceeded ex-parte against respondent Sir John Bakeries India Pvt. Ltd.
The matter is listed for ex-parte hearing on 28 July 2026.
