NCLAT condoned a one-day delay in filing an appeal against Sarvottam Realcon's resolution professional order.
The appeal, filed by Drishti D Chitrabhanu, challenges an order dated 8th October 2025.
The tribunal granted the appellant two weeks to file an additional affidavit in support of their application.
The matter is now listed for further hearing on 19th May 2026.
