NCLAT Condones Ion Bio Med-Icare Filing Delay

NCLAT disposes of an interlocutory application seeking condonation of delay in re-filing a company appeal.
Appellant Ion Bio Med-Icare Pvt. Ltd. was granted a 7-day extension to cure defects in its appeal filing.
The appeal was originally e-filed on 03.03.2026, with defects intimated on 18.03.2026 and re-filed on 01.04.2026.
The case is now listed for admission hearing before the Hon'ble Bench.
