NCLAT condoned a 3-day delay by Stellar Investments Ltd in re-filing an appeal against Ukar Healthcare Pvt Ltd.
The appeal was initially e-filed on 20 March 2026, with defects intimated on 1 April 2026.
The case is listed for admission hearing following the disposal of this interlocutory application.
