NCLAT allows Svaryu Energy's application to condone an 11-day delay in filing an appeal against Gautam Solar.
The delay was calculated after excluding 5 days for certified copy preparation by the NCLT registry.
The appeal, filed under Section 61 of the IBC 2016, is now admitted and scheduled for hearing on July 21, 2026.
