NCLAT condoned a 10-day delay in filing an appeal by Swati Spentose Pvt. Ltd. against Shreerandal Interchem Pvt. Ltd.
The tribunal also condoned a 51-day delay in refiling the appeal due to counsel's family demise and logistical issues.
The appeal has been listed for further hearing on 8th May 2026.
