NCLAT Dismisses AAACORP's Appeal on NPA Date Amendment

The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) dismissed an appeal by AAACORP Exim India Pvt. Ltd. against an order allowing Saraswat Co-Operative Bank to amend the date of default and NPA declaration in a Section 7 IBC petition.
The NCLAT upheld the NCLT's decision to permit the amendment, stating the appellant could file a reply to the amended petition and object to the new dates on merit.
The Tribunal found no error in the lower court's order, which allowed the financial creditor to amend the petition, and dismissed the appeal.
