NCLAT Dismisses Appeal as Withdrawn in Insolvency Case

The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) dismissed an appeal by an allottee, Sakhy Thomas, after the Successful Resolution Applicant (SRA) offered to settle the matter.
The appeal challenged an NCLT Kochi Bench order (IA(IBC) No. 369/KOB/2025) related to the corporate insolvency resolution process of M/s Nucleus Premium Properties Pvt. Ltd.
The appellant agreed to withdraw the appeal after the SRA expressed willingness to settle, subject to production of a legal heir certificate.
The NCLAT permitted the withdrawal, formally dismissing the appeal as withdrawn.
